Welcome! I'm Shari, a wife, a mom of three, a former middle school teacher and now a certified health coach. I started Strickly Healthy to help others figure out how to eat to feel their best and avoid chronic disease. My family’s diet has changed quite a bit in the last 7 or 8 years which has resulted in a fitter, happier life for us all.
